Conditioned biases characterize behavior.
A person’s character is their collection of conditioned biases. Detecting biases enable you to predict how a person will respond in a given context. Knowing a person’s biases allows you to structure your communication to “speak their language” and instantly get through to them. It also is an important factor in deciding what type of work/tasks the person is predisposed to, where they will perform the best.
Knowing biases is essential when you want to effectively motivate, persuade and influence someone, even yourself!
